This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes how Guerilla Choice LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes, handles, and ships orders placed on our website at https://guerillajewelry.com/ (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All shipments are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of fine jewelry during transit. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at hello@guerillajewelry.com.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch. Processing includes payment verification, order preparation, quality inspection, and packaging. Standard processing times are as follows:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the United States. Processing times begin on the first business day following receipt of a confirmed Order Confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
1.2 Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed and payment confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) UTC on a business day will typically begin processing on the same day. Orders confirmed after this cut-off will begin processing on the following business day.
1.3 Order Verification
For security purposes, the Company may delay processing of orders that require additional verification. This may occur where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, where an unusually high-value order is placed, or where our fraud detection systems flag an order for review. In such cases, we may contact you by email to request verification. Failure to respond within two (2) business days may result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
1.4 Pre-Order and Backorder Items
Where a product is listed as a pre-order or backorder item, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order and backorder estimated dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical factors. The Company will notify affected Customers by email if estimated dispatch dates change by more than five (5) business days.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING
2.1 Free Worldwide Shipping
The Company offers free standard worldwide shipping on all orders with a total order value exceeding sixty US dollars (USD $60.00) after any applicable discounts have been applied. The free shipping threshold is applied to the net order value and does not include taxes, duties, or any supplementary fees imposed by the destination country.
2.2 Shipping Fees for Orders Below Threshold
Orders with a net value below the free shipping threshold are subject to a flat-rate or calculated shipping fee based on the destination region and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.
2.3 Shipping Method Options
At checkout, Customers may select from available shipping methods for their region. Available options may include standard shipping and expedited or express shipping, where offered. Shipping method availability and associated fees are confirmed at checkout and may vary by destination.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery estimates do not account for customs clearance time for international shipments, which may add additional days depending on the destination country's customs authority.

These estimates represent typical transit times under normal conditions and are not guarantees of delivery by a specific date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, extreme weather events, or other factors beyond the Company's control.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with a network of reputable international and domestic shipping carriers to fulfill orders. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on your destination, the size and value of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carriers may include, but are not limited to:
• DHL Express
• FedEx International
• UPS
• PostNL International
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• Local last-mile delivery partners in destination countries
The Company reserves the right to select the carrier for each shipment. If you have a specific carrier preference or a carrier exclusion (for example, if DHL is not available in your area), please contact us before placing your order at hello@guerillajewelry.com. We will accommodate reasonable carrier requests where logistically feasible, but cannot guarantee specific carrier selection.
5. ORDER TRACKING
5.1 Tracking Notification
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.
5.2 Tracking Your Order
You may track your order at any time by:
• Clicking the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
• Visiting the order tracking page on the Site at https://guerillajewelry.com/ and entering your order number and email address.
• Logging into your customer account on the Site.
• Contacting us directly at hello@guerillajewelry.com with your order number.
5.3 Tracking Unavailability
In rare cases involving certain postal services or remote delivery destinations, real-time tracking may not be available or may be limited to milestone updates only (e.g., departed origin country, arrived in destination country). The Company will inform you at the time of dispatch if full tracking is unavailable for your shipment.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
6.1 Customer Responsibility
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee charged by the Company.
6.2 Customs Thresholds and De Minimis Values
Many countries apply customs duties and taxes only to shipments exceeding a minimum value threshold (known as the de minimis value). Whether your order exceeds this threshold and becomes subject to import charges depends on the customs regulations of your specific country. Customers are encouraged to research their country's de minimis thresholds and applicable import rates before placing an order.
6.3 Customs Declaration
The Company will declare the full fair market value of the goods on all customs documentation in compliance with applicable law. We do not falsify customs declarations, under-declare the value of goods, or mark shipments as "gift" for the purpose of avoiding customs charges, regardless of customer requests to do so.
6.4 Customs Delays
Customs clearance is conducted by the destination country's customs authority and is entirely outside the Company's control. Customs processing can add anywhere from one (1) to twenty-one (21) business days to the delivery timeline, depending on the destination and current customs volumes. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing and cannot intervene in the customs clearance process on the Customer's behalf.
6.5 Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If a Customer refuses delivery or fails to pay applicable customs duties, resulting in the shipment being abandoned or returned to the Company, the Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable customs fees incurred. The Company will issue a refund for the Product value only upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, deducting all incurred shipping and customs costs from the refund amount.
7. PACKAGING AND PRESENTATION
All Guerilla Choice products are shipped in branded jewelry packaging designed to protect the item during transit and preserve the unboxing experience. Standard packaging includes:
• A branded jewelry box or pouch appropriate to the item type.
• Protective inner cushioning and padding.
• A certificate of authenticity or quality card where applicable.
• Care instructions for the specific material (gold, sterling silver, stainless steel).
• An outer shipping box or envelope with additional protective materials.
For high-value orders or items containing natural or lab-grown diamonds above a specified carat weight, shipments may include additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified at the time of dispatch if a signature is required.
8. LOST, STOLEN, AND DELAYED SHIPMENTS
8.1 Definition of Lost Shipment
A shipment is considered lost if tracking information has not updated for more than fifteen (15) business days for domestic US orders, or thirty (30) business days for international orders, beyond the last recorded tracking event. The Company will not initiate a lost shipment investigation before these periods have elapsed, as carrier delays can occur without tracking updates during transit.
8.2 Reporting a Lost Shipment
If you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us at hello@guerillajewelry.com with your order number and tracking details. The Company will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Carrier investigations typically take five (5) to fifteen (15) business days to complete.
8.3 Resolution for Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier following investigation, the Company will, at its discretion, offer:
• A replacement shipment of the same or equivalent product at no additional cost.
• A full refund to the original payment method.
The Company's liability for lost shipments is limited to the purchase value of the goods and does not extend to any consequential damages, including costs associated with the Customer's plans for the item.
8.4 Stolen Packages
The Company is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen from the delivery location. Customers are encouraged to designate a secure delivery location, use parcel lockers, or request a signature-required delivery for high-value items. If a package is reported stolen, the Company will assist in filing a carrier or insurance claim where coverage applies, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
8.5 Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been dispatched, the Company will make reasonable efforts to redirect the shipment but cannot guarantee successful redirection. Additional costs arising from redirection attempts or re-delivery after a failed first attempt due to an incorrect address will be charged to the Customer. The Company is not liable for loss or delay resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer.
8.6 Delivery Delays
In the event of a significant delivery delay beyond the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest carrier update. If the tracking information has not updated within ten (10) business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@guerillajewelry.com. The Company will liaise with the carrier to obtain a status update and communicate findings to you within five (5) business days.
9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps immediately:
• Do not discard the outer packaging. Retain all packaging materials, including the shipping box, inner packaging, and any protective wrapping.
• Photograph the damaged outer packaging and the damaged item before removing the product from the packaging.
• Contact us at hello@guerillajewelry.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the damage.
The Company will assess the damage claim and, if confirmed, will arrange for a replacement item or issue a full refund at the Customer's election. In cases where the damage is attributable to the carrier, the Company may file a carrier insurance claim. Customers are asked not to dispose of damaged goods or packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may require physical evidence.
10. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED DESTINATIONS
The Company reserves the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain destinations due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, elevated fraud risk, or sanctions compliance requirements. Destinations subject to US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions or equivalent international sanctions regimes will not be serviced.
If an order is placed for a restricted destination and the restriction is identified after payment is processed, the Company will cancel the order and issue a full refund. No partial shipments to restricted destinations will be made.
11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In cases where an order contains multiple items and one or more items are temporarily unavailable, the Company may elect to ship available items first and dispatch the remaining items separately once they become available. Customers will be notified by email if a split shipment is necessary. No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments resulting from stock availability issues on the Company's part.
12. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Risk of loss and title to Products pass from the Company to the Customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has taken possession of a shipment, the Company's direct liability for the physical goods is limited to the carrier's insurance coverage and the Company's own internal policies as described in Section 8.
For EU Customers, risk of loss passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
13. POLICY CHANGES
The Company reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the updated Policy on the Site. The Policy applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time your order was placed. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy before each purchase.
