Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, pending any credit card verification. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Two-Day and One-day shipping timelines also do not include weekends. 


  • Guerilla Choice jewelry sent with “Carier DHL", "WanbExpress” and usually takes 4-10 business days.
  • To be sure and know when your product will arrive, they will be given a traking number to track your order
  • Your purchase will be dispatched in less than 2 days unless the order includes items available in Pre-Order. If the item is only available for Pre-Order, the information will be provided in the product page.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

You will also receive a silver polishing cloth and personal thank you card inside the parcel.

We charge $23.99 for express delivery which takes up to 3-7 days.

    Europe; United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Croatia, France, Italy and Norway: No taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

    If you’re purchasing from any other country, please note that If applicable, customs fees, added VAT and country of destination handling fees are the receiver's responsibility and may vary from country of destination.



30 Days Return Policy

As a small business, we care about our customers' experience. Every customer is special and important to us, that’s why we accept all international returns within 30 days of the purchase date. All the products must be unused and undamaged upon return with original packaging intact.
Kindly note that due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept any exchanges on pierced earrings.

Return Shipping Fees

Please note that we don't reimburse return shipping fee! The return shipping fee will be at the buyer’s expense.

Return Process

Please send your product return request to with:
- Your full name
- Your reason for product return
- Product photo

Once approved, please return the product and provide us with the return shipment’s tracking number.

Order Refund

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your order for refund within 48 hours.

Defective or Incorrect Product

Kindly note that we carefully inspect all our jewelry pieces before dispatching them. If in the unlikely event that you receive any faulty piece from us, we sincerely apologize.

Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving your order and we will send you either a replacement or store credit.




Standard orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing time (unless you have selected a nominated delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. 
Please add to ensure that your tracking email does not go to your Junk folder. Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you. If it has been more than 4 working days (Please allow this timeframe during busy sale periods) since you placed your order please check your Junk/Spam folder otherwise contact us here with your full order name so we can help you.
