We offer a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects or issues related to craftsmanship.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, tarnishing, or fading caused by improper care
  • Damage from water, chemicals, perfumes, or excessive force
  • Modifications or repairs done by third parties

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@guerillajewelry.com with:

• Your order number

• Product name

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the full item and the affected area

If your claim is approved:

  • You will receive a replacement (if in stock), or
  • A refund equivalent to the purchase price if the item is unavailable

What is the return policy?

We want every Guerilla Choice piece to feel like a lifetime investment.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging

Returned items are inspected once received. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Final sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return

We don’t sell disposable jewelry, we offer pieces meant to last.

Returns are simply part of respecting that standard.


Once your return is approved and received, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit for the Guerilla Choice shop, which can be used at any time on future purchases.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". If you don't have an account, no worries, you can create one using the same email used to place the order.

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order past this window.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the email or in section Track my order. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
