Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, pending any credit card verification. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Two-Day and One-day shipping timelines also do not include weekends. 

CARRIER DELIVERY

  • Guerilla Choice is delighted to offer worldwide shipping. For standard delivery, we charge a nominal fee of $6.99. Need your order sooner? Opt for our express delivery service for just $23.99, ensuring your package arrives within 3-7 days.
  • Guerilla Choice jewelry is sent with “Carrier DHL", or "UPS”. We work with your city delivery services and usually takes 5-15 business days. 
  • To be sure and know when your product will arrive, they will be given a tracking number to track your order
  • Your purchase will be dispatched in less than 2 days unless the order includes items available in Pre-Order. If the item is only available for Pre-Order, the information will be provided on the product page.

 

General Delivery Information:

Delivery times are for in-stock products only.

All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Our GC Gift Packaging will be added at checkout for $0.

All of our deliveries are carbon neutral. 

We ship all products worldwide for FREE with the option "Standard Shipping" for express shipping we charge $23.99

 

  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?

    Europe; United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Croatia, France, Italy and Norway: No taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

    If you’re purchasing from any other country, please note that If applicable, customs fees, added VAT and country of destination handling fees are the receiver's responsibility and may vary from country to destination.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

Standard orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing time (unless you have selected a nominated delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email that contains your tracking number.

Also, ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you. If it has been more than 4 working days (Please allow this timeframe during busy sale periods) since you placed your order please check your Junk/Spam folder otherwise contact us here with your full order name so we can help you.

MISSING PACKAGE THAT SHOWS AS DELIVERED

  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
