What the Warranty Covers

Our lifetime warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty clasps, loose settings that result from a manufacturing error, or structural failures that are not caused by external damage. If your piece exhibits a defect that we determine to be the result of a flaw in our craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How the Warranty Works

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the affected area. Our team will review your claim and provide guidance on the next steps. In most cases, we will ask you to return the item to us for evaluation. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty.

Please note that all warranty claims are subject to our evaluation. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or falls outside the scope of coverage.

Shipping and Evaluation

For customers in select regions, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label to send your item back to us for inspection. For international customers or those outside our standard service areas, a reasonable shipping or evaluation fee may apply. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and inspecting your item.

If we confirm that the issue is a valid manufacturing defect covered under warranty, any shipping or evaluation fees you paid will be fully refunded. If the issue is determined to fall outside warranty coverage, the fee will not be refunded, and you will have the option to proceed with a paid repair or have the item returned to you as-is.

Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, Guerilla Choice will repair or replace the affected item at no charge. We will make every effort to restore your piece to its original condition. In cases where repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement of equal value. The method of resolution is at our discretion and will be communicated to you once the evaluation is complete.

Important Conditions

To maintain the validity of your warranty, you must not have the item repaired or altered by any third party without our prior written approval. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty. If you are unsure whether a repair is covered, please contact us before proceeding with any work.

Additionally, proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim. We recommend keeping your order confirmation or receipt in a safe place.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty is designed to protect against defects in craftsmanship and materials, but it does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or external factors. Fine jewelry is a delicate product that requires care, and certain types of damage are considered outside the scope of manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or surface wear that occur through regular use. It does not cover discoloration, tarnishing, or fading caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, saltwater, or other environmental factors. Damage resulting from impact, bending, crushing, or other physical force is not covered. Loss of gemstones or diamonds due to wear over time, or damage to prongs that results from normal use, is also excluded.

The warranty does not apply to lost, stolen, or misplaced items. It also does not cover resizing, engraving, or other customization services unless the need for such services is directly caused by a manufacturing defect.

Care and Maintenance

While our warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects, all jewelry is subject to wear over time. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend removing jewelry before engaging in activities such as exercising, swimming, cleaning, or applying beauty products. Store your jewelry in a dry, safe place when not in use, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.

Regular maintenance, such as professional cleaning and inspection, can help extend the life of your jewelry. While routine maintenance is not covered under warranty, we may offer these services at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information about care and repair options.
