Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
Effective Date: May 11, 2026
Website: https://guerillajewelry.com/
Email: hello@guerillajewelry.com
Guerilla Choice LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. This Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty ("Warranty") is offered at no additional cost to all Customers who purchase jewelry from our website at https://guerillajewelry.com/ (the "Site"). The Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original Customer who purchased the item, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and procedures set out in this document.
This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity available to consumers in the European Union under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771, or equivalent protections under national law in other jurisdictions. Where statutory rights provide broader protection than this Warranty, those statutory rights take precedence.
1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
1.1 Covered Defects
This Warranty covers defects that arise from errors in the manufacturing process or in the materials used to produce the item. A manufacturing defect is a flaw that was present in the product at the time of purchase, or that develops as a direct result of a fault introduced during the production process, and which causes the product to fail to meet the quality standard described on the Site.
Covered manufacturing defects include:
• Structural failure of prong settings resulting in gemstone loss, where the failure is attributable to improper construction and not to external impact or damage.
• Defective clasps, jump rings, or closure mechanisms that fail under normal use conditions due to faulty construction.
• Breakage of chain links or connecting elements under normal use, where the failure results from a material or construction defect and not from excessive force or misuse.
• Separation of soldered or bonded joints that were not properly formed during manufacturing.
• Inconsistencies in metal purity that result in premature discoloration, tarnishing, or corrosion under normal use and care conditions, where such deterioration is inconsistent with the stated material specification (e.g., 14K gold, Sterling Silver 925, Stainless Steel 316L).
• Surface cracking or fracturing of gemstones (natural or lab-grown) attributable to an internal inclusion or structural weakness present at the time of manufacture, and not caused by external impact.
• Defects in plating or finishing applied at the time of manufacture that cause premature and uneven flaking or peeling within the first twelve (12) months of normal use.
2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
2.1 Exclusions
This Warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects as defined in Section 1. The following are expressly excluded from coverage:
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, minor surface abrasions, and gradual loss of polish that occur through everyday use of the item.
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, dropping, crushing, or bending of the item.
• Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, including household cleaning agents, chlorine (swimming pools and hot tubs), bleach, acetone, perfume, hairspray, and similar substances.
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, including direct flame, steam, or prolonged high-temperature environments.
• Loss of gemstones resulting from external impact, wear-and-tear degradation of prongs over time, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications performed by a third party not authorized by the Company.
• Tarnishing or discoloration resulting from improper storage, prolonged exposure to moisture, sweat, saltwater, or failure to follow the care and maintenance guidelines provided by the Company.
• Loss or theft of the item or any component thereof.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the structural integrity or wearability of the item, including minor surface scratches, patina development, or color variation consistent with the natural aging of the material.
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified at the Customer's request, where the modification contributes to the defect claimed.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product or published on the Site.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers, second-hand platforms, or third parties other than the official Guerilla Choice website.
3. WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Who Is Eligible
This Warranty is available exclusively to the original Customer who purchased the item directly from https://guerillajewelry.com/. The Warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend to subsequent owners, recipients of gifted items, or purchasers of second-hand goods.
3.2 Proof of Purchase
To make a Warranty claim, the Customer must provide valid proof of purchase issued by Guerilla Choice LLC. Acceptable proof of purchase includes:
• The original Order Confirmation email received from hello@guerillajewelry.com.
• The order number associated with the purchase.
• A receipt or invoice issued by the Company.
Warranty claims submitted without verifiable proof of purchase will not be processed. Customers are advised to retain their Order Confirmation email for the lifetime of the product.
3.3 Product Identification
The Company may request photographs, a description of the defect, and confirmation of the product model or SKU to assess the claim. In some cases, the Company may request that the item be returned for physical inspection before a warranty determination is made.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility
This Warranty is available to Customers worldwide, subject to shipping feasibility to and from the Customer's location. In cases where return shipping to the Company is not logistically or economically feasible for low-value items, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative remedy such as store credit, a partial refund, or a photographic assessment without requiring physical return of the item.

5. WARRANTY REMEDIES
5.1 Available Remedies
Where a Warranty claim is approved, the Company will offer one or more of the following remedies, selected at the Company's reasonable discretion based on the nature of the defect, the item's current condition, and the availability of replacement parts or products:
• Repair: The Company will repair the defective item at no cost to the Customer, including return shipping of the repaired item. The repaired item will be returned in a condition consistent with its age and prior level of use.
• Replacement: Where repair is not possible or is not economically justifiable, the Company will replace the defective item with an identical or functionally equivalent product of the same or greater value. If the original product is no longer available, the Customer will be offered an equivalent alternative or store credit to the full retail value of the original item.
• Store credit: In cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, the Company will issue store credit to the full retail value of the defective item. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and does not expire.
• Partial refund: In exceptional circumstances where the defect is partial and the item retains significant use value, the Company may offer a partial refund proportional to the severity of the defect, as an alternative to the remedies above.
5.2 No Cash Refund Under Warranty
This Warranty does not entitle the Customer to a full monetary refund of the purchase price unless no other remedy is available and a refund is required under applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Refunds under this Warranty are offered only as a last resort when all other remedies are unavailable.
5.3 Warranty Does Not Reset
The provision of a repair or replacement under this Warranty does not reset or extend the Warranty term. The Warranty on any repaired or replacement item continues from the original date of purchase of the defective item and does not constitute a new Warranty on the replacement.
6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
6.1 Return Shipping (Customer to Company)
The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to the Company for inspection, unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect at the time of initial photographic assessment, in which case the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a prepaid return shipping label.
All items returned for Warranty inspection must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping method. The Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit where the Customer has not used a tracked and insured method.
6.2 Return Shipping (Company to Customer)
If the Warranty claim is approved and the item is repaired or replaced, the Company will cover all costs associated with shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the Customer. Standard international shipping will be used unless the Customer requests and agrees to pay for an expedited shipping method.
6.3 Rejected Claims
If the item is returned for physical inspection and the Warranty claim is rejected following inspection, the item will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense. The Company will notify the Customer of the rejection, the reasons for rejection, and the applicable return shipping cost before proceeding. The Customer will have fourteen (14) calendar days to confirm and pay for return shipping, after which the Company reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items.
7. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
7.1 Relationship to the 30-Day Return Policy
This Warranty is separate from and operates independently of the Company's thirty (30) day Refund & Return Policy. Manufacturing defects discovered within the thirty (30) day return window may be addressed under either the Refund & Return Policy or this Warranty, at the Customer's election. The thirty (30) day return policy provides a broader range of remedies including full refunds, which are not available under this Warranty after the return window has closed.
7.2 Relationship to EU Statutory Guarantee
For Customers in the European Union, the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771 applies independently of and in addition to this Warranty. During the first two years from delivery, EU Customers may choose to rely on either the statutory guarantee or this Warranty, whichever provides the more favorable remedy. After the two-year statutory period, only this Warranty applies to claims relating to manufacturing defects.
7.3 Relationship to Terms of Service
This Warranty is incorporated into and forms part of the Company's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Warranty and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Warranty shall prevail with respect to Warranty claims specifically.

9. CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY MAINTENANCE
Proper care and maintenance of your jewelry is essential to preserve its condition and to maintain eligibility for Warranty claims. Failure to follow reasonable care practices may result in damage that is excluded from coverage. The Company recommends the following care practices for all items:
• Store each piece separately in the provided jewelry box or a soft pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, applying cosmetics, perfume, or hairspray.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or humid environments.
• Clean jewelry regularly using a soft, lint-free cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners on items set with lab-grown or natural gemstones without first consulting the Company.
• Have prong settings inspected periodically by a professional jeweler, particularly for items set with diamonds or gemstones, to ensure settings remain secure.
• Return the item to the Company for inspection or repair before the defect worsens, rather than seeking unauthorized third-party repairs, which will void the Warranty.
Detailed care instructions specific to each material type are included with your order and are also available on the Site.
10. WARRANTY VOIDING CONDITIONS
This Warranty will be rendered void and no claim will be processed if any of the following conditions are found to apply:
• The item has been repaired, resized, re-tipped, re-plated, or otherwise altered by a third party not authorized in writing by Guerilla Choice LLC.
• The item has been deliberately damaged or subjected to abuse, misuse, or negligent handling.
• The serial number, quality stamp, or identifying marks on the item have been removed, altered, or defaced.
• The Customer is unable to provide valid proof of purchase from Guerilla Choice LLC.
• The item was not purchased directly from https://guerillajewelry.com/ or an authorized sales channel of the Company.
• The claim involves damage clearly attributable to the exclusions listed in Section 2.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY UNDER WARRANTY
The Company's liability under this Warranty is strictly limited to the remedies described in Section 5 (repair, replacement, or store credit). The Company shall not be liable under this Warranty for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, sentimental value, emotional distress, or costs associated with the Customer's plans for the item.
The maximum value of any Warranty remedy shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific item that is the subject of the claim.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights available to EU Customers under mandatory consumer protection law, including the right to remedies under the EU legal guarantee of conformity.
12. CHANGES TO THIS WARRANTY
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty at any time. Any modifications will be published on the Site with an updated Effective Date. The Warranty applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time your order was placed. Modifications to the Warranty will not retroactively reduce the coverage available to items already purchased under a prior version.
